We had an overall great Memorial Day!! The only kink we had was Jarod getting nipped/bit by one of my brother's dogs. It was a parental error/judgement. It was something we already knew. Don't bother a dog while he/she is eating!! (especially if it's rib scraps) Jarod was a little to close to the goodies and Chester warned him. But after Chester was done eating, Jarod and he played like two friends!!
We all learned how to play Ladder Ball and it was pretty fun!! But my brother was the best! Maddy and Jarod actually did well at it also!!
We had the best ribs (thank you Chef Shaun), macaroni n cheese, baked beans and potato salad! It was so good and filling!!!
I can't believe how fast my neice and nephew have grown!! They will both be in high school next year!!!
Miley is learning so fast right now also! Saturday she started letting go and walking like a mad woman!! She also figured out her shape sorter! But Miss Particular has to be sure the shapes are right side up before attempting to put them in the hole!!
