OK so the last few weeks have flown by and have been filled moving/organizing/rearranging/discarding/returning etc. everything that a moves has a tendency to entail!!
But a light was brought into the chaos this weekend. Shaun and I finally gave into the kids' pleas and our desire to add a new four legged friend to the family! Someone needed to find Lucy a new home and we were more than gald to oblige.
Lucy is a 2 year old chihuahua. She is energetic when we are and laid back when we are! How lucky did we get with two dogs in a row like that! But we have been getting her out twice a day for walks and not only does she love it but we have all been enjoying the fresh :-) and humid air. LOL

I am also working on getting the kids' bday photos uploaded and getting some photos taken of the new place to show off also!

WHEW!!

Once again we have gotten everything moved to our new place!! Now it is time to complete the task of putting everything away etc. It will probably take another week or so! Then I'll take the time to take some photos and post for those that are interested in seeing the new place. We ALL love it so much!! Jarod will take some time to get used to having his own room. Right now he still tries to find ways to coax Madison into coming to his room. And of course Madison doesn't want Jarod in her's and Miley's room. It's going to be interesting to say the least! LOL

HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY TO OUR PRINCESS!!!

It's so hard to believe it has already been an entire year since little Miley came into our lives!! She truly is a blessing to us all! We pray she continues to blossom and grow into the beautiful princess we know she can be!! Miley, your entire family loves and adores you with all our hearts!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

To answer question from the blog and emails.... We only moved to the apartment complex next door. It is fairly new (3 yrs old). It is soooo nice! We are way excited. As soon as we have everything moved and arranged I'll take some photos and post them here. So give us till at least mid-July and check back for photos.
Madison's birthday "day" went beautifully. We took her skating with some friends and family in the morning. Then for dinner we all (all 17) went to Red Robin. She had a great time and was exhausted at the end of the day!!
Now Jarod's party is Wednesday evening though his bday isn't till Friday!

It is so hard to believe our FIRST baby is going to be 7!!
June 28th will celebrate that wonderful day!!
It is so hard to believe that time has past so quickly and Madison is growing into such a beautiful young lady!!

So we now have a new place to move our things!! It's a three bedroom with a garage and double the kitchen. The girls will be in one room and Jarod gets his own room. We are all way excited!! Now the the joy will turn to backache as things start to get moved over. We plan on having everything moved over by July 11th.
And now in the midst of all of this, the birthday celebrations start this Saturday with Madison's birthday. Besides all that nothing else much is happening in our lives....
